At PetishBath™, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Before any return can be authorized, customers must contact us by email at petishbath@outlook.com and provide clear photographs of the product.

The photographs must clearly show the condition of the product, packaging and any issue or reason for the return.

Please include your order number, full name and a brief explanation of the reason for your return.

Do not send the product back before receiving return instructions from our customer service team.

Product Condition

For voluntary returns, the product must be in reasonable condition, preferably in its original packaging, and must not show signs of misuse, intentional damage or excessive wear.

We may request additional photographs or information where reasonably necessary to assess the condition of the product.

Refunds

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Where applicable by law, the refund may be withheld until we have received the returned product or you provide evidence that it has been sent back.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, you must contact us at petishbath@outlook.com and provide clear photographs showing the issue.

Photographs are required so that we can properly assess the reported issue and determine the appropriate solution.

Please include:

• Clear photographs of the product
• Clear photographs showing the defect or damage
• A brief description of the issue

Depending on the circumstances and applicable consumer law, we may offer a replacement, repair, price reduction or refund.

Return Shipping Costs

For voluntary returns due to a change of mind, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated by PetishBath™ or required by applicable law.

If the product is defective, damaged on arrival or does not conform to the purchase contract, the applicable statutory consumer remedies will apply.

Legal Guarantee

Nothing in this policy limits or affects your statutory consumer rights.

For consumers in Spain, new goods are generally covered by a three-year legal guarantee of conformity. The applicable legal remedies may include repair, replacement, price reduction or refund depending on the circumstances.

Right of Withdrawal

For online purchases, consumers generally have a 14-day legal right of withdrawal, starting from the day the goods are received, subject to the applicable legal exceptions.

Our 30-day commercial return period provides an additional return period beyond the statutory withdrawal period.
